1. WARHAFTIG & ASSOCIATES, CPA UPDATE

Please remember, if you are in need of any financial and/or tax advice during the course
of the year, feel free to call to make an appointment.

===========================================================

2. IMPORTANT DATES – MARK YOUR CALENDAR
Remember, if you are looking to get your first-time homebuyer credit back early, you
can file an amended return for 2009 and get your money in 12 weeks instead of waiting
until 2011.
Also, if you received the $7,500 tax “Loan” in 2008 for first time homebuyers, you
will have to begin paying this back starting in 2010. My advice is to locate your local
Congressman and start a letter writing campaign to have them overturn this.

Please call if you have any questions or concerns.
